Window > Preferences
General > Workspace > Text file encoding > Other : UTF-8 > Apply
General > Content Types > Default encoding > UTF-8 > Upate
XML > XML Files > Encoding : UTF-8 > Apply
Web > CSS Files > Encoding : UTF-8 > Apply
Web > HTML Files > Encoding : UTF-8 > Apply
Web > JSP Files > Encoding : UTF-8 > Apply
Apply and Close
